Gold rates, forecasts, and calculator results shown in the App are estimates for general information only. They are derived from third-party market/scraped sources and a calculation model, and may differ from the actual rate quoted by a bank, jeweller, or exchange at the time of your transaction. Always confirm the live rate with the jeweller or dealer before buying, selling, or making a financial decision — the App is not a substitute for that.
Techpuram is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or any other SEBI-registered intermediary under the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, or any regulations made under it (including the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014). We do not hold, and are not required to hold, any license or registration to provide investment advice, and nothing in the App should be treated as if we do.

The App relies on third-party data sources (e.g. published gold/currency rates) and services (Google AdMob for ads, Firebase for notifications). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and Techpuram is not responsible for their downtime or inaccuracies.
Don't use the App to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the backend service. We may suspend access for abuse.
Features, rates sources, and these terms may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice. We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techpuram disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
